Five principles guide our work.
Everything we say, write and do is based upon the following:
1.) Open communication is essential for success personally, professionally and politically.
2.) When any communication is suppressed it is costly for all involved and is likely to come back and cost everyone.
3.) Leaders need to elevate the level of discourse personally, professionally and politically.
4.) People have a right to be informed about things that affect them.
5.) When leaders don’t speak up when something needs to be said, they are complicit with lies, poor decisions and deception.
To increase awareness among people of the need for courageously truthful communication personally, professionally and politically. To provide people with the tools to communicate courageously and speak the simple truth.
