Coaching Description:

Pre-session preparation:
• Communication questionnaires distributed to individuals who interact with him/her to determine communications strengths and challenges. These will be evaluated by facilitator.
• Client writings evaluated by facilitator.
• Self-evaluation through questionnaires.

Session Process:
• Review Results obtained from pre-session investigation
• Finalize session objectives
• Review Runion Rules of Responsible Communication and create a personalized version to guide your communication Personalized study of the six PowerPhrase Principles
• Personalized study of Poison Phrases
• Role play of various communication scenarios evaluating for verbal and non-verbal competencies.
• Review of findings and creation of an action plan.

Coaching Objectives:

• Establish a clear communication policy.
• Determine communication strengths and weaknesses.
• Learn and apply the six PowerPhrase Principles.
• Eliminate Poison Phrases and replace with PowerPhrases.
• Develop purposeful, powerful nonverbal body language
