Coaching Description:

Pre-session preparation:
• Communication questionnaires distributed to individuals who interact with you to determine communications strengths and challenges. I'll evaluate and summarize them.
• I'll review your writings to assess your style.
• You'll complete self-evaluation through questionnaires.

Session Process:
• We'll review our pre-session investigation results.
• We'll finalize your session objectives
• We'll review the New Dynamics of Communication and establish personalized standards to guide your communication
• We'll review the six PowerPhrase Principles and select PowerPhrases for you to incorporate and Poison Phrases for you to avid.
• We'll role play of various communication scenarios with the emphasis on play.
• We'll review findings and create an action plan.

Coaching Objectives:

• Establish a clear communication policy.
• Determine communication strengths and weaknesses.
• Learn and apply the six PowerPhrase Principles.
• Eliminate Poison Phrases and replace with PowerPhrases.
• Develop purposeful, powerful nonverbal body language

Cost of Coaching:

• Local – Colorado Springs:   $500 / day, $650 for a day and a half.
• Phone Coaching:   $125 / hour
