		<description>I read, and hear, the word &#039;problem&#039; used quite frequently and wanted to share something I learned a number of years ago, &#039;there are no problems, only situations.&#039;  By replacing the word &#039;problem&#039; with the word &#039;situation&#039; you take away some of the power behind the problem turing it into a more manageable situation.
