Hello Meryl, your RCA (Risky Conversation Assessment) Form was very timely. I encountered a very rude and demanding clerk at the Pharmacy and only responded with angry facial expressions. I rehearsed in my mind what I should have done and was planning to post a blog asking advice. Your Assemssment form helped me to see the what, why and how to handle the situation the next time. Now, I Can't wait. Thank you and I'm planning to use this in the future.....Sincerely, CWasham
