September 3, 2007Reader success story – from a former colleague
Last night I was thinking about old friends and colleagues who had disappeared and later contacted me. I then went to check my email and lo and behold – there was an email in my inbox from someone I once worked with. If it had just been a hello I would have been thrilled. It was more than that – I was delighted.
Kati mentions the effect PowerPhrases had on her, so even though there isn’t a specific story, I decided to share what she said as a success story. Thanks Kati!
Remember me? I have personally been responsible for the sale of many thousands of your book, PowerPhrases, in
Now that I am about to embark on my own training, I want to be able to sell your books directly. Please tell me how we might be able to do that.
I love PowerPhrases & tell my Skillpath customers (and anyone else I talk to – I gave 5 copies away for Xmas gifts myself last year) the following:
It’s the most important book to come out since 1936 (How to win friends & influence people)
It’s the most important book for improving communication & every adult who wants to succeed needs to have it & use it
Changed my life – gave me words to say when before I wouldn’t have known how to handle awkward situations
People used to be able to run over me with a steam roller, but with PowerPhrases, it doesn’t happen now
How’s that for press? And I mean it, too. I even recognize a couple of things I might have passed along to you. Thank you. I’m proud to be a part of something so important.
I’m blown away. It’s comments like this one that keep me writing.
Kati never struck me as a lightweight – so I was particularly surprised to hear about her “before and after” reports.
For those of you who are interested in bulk purchases, the discount schedule is available here: http://www.speakstrong.com/store/qty_discounts.html There’s plenty of room for resale.
