I'm a fan of tears, of course they should be enjoyed in only the most responsible, respectful way - both toward their owner, and toward whomever else may be around.

Tears of frustration at work may not be a grand plan, but those very same frustrated tears on lunch break in the privacy of one's own car can be down-right cathartic!

My maternal family, a very fiesty lot of females, are of the opinion that nothing clears the ability to see your best like a good ol' healthy case of the cries. I learned from my strong, powerful old aunties that tears are the result of a moist, juicy soul, and that those who rarely weep are either drowning or dried up on the inside. Either option is not optimal.

I say, women and men - reclaim your right to burst into tears! Thunderstorms are best enjoyed for the rainbow that follows.
