September 9, 2008Success story ~ I broke the crying habit

Filed under: Success Story by merylrunion |

I used to cry over the slightest things. But after you showed me the acupressure points to stop tears at a seminar, when I felt the tears come on, I pressed the point and was able to regain my composure.

I discovered that crying was a habit – and I don’t have the habit anymore.

  1. Another tip that does work is doing math in your head. I have used this at meetings that become emotional and at funerals. Start adding 2+2=4+2=6…

It is amazing that you can still focus on what is going on but the brain kicks in and the emotions fade slightly.

I also used it at my own wedding…and I didn’t cry–other than at the end…tears of happiness.
