I posted new articles this week on the topic of processing. By “process” I mean grapple with issues, study wounds and examine misunderstandings to sift, sort, untangle and learn from them. Processors move closer in when interaction gets uncomfortable rather than move away from the pain. I also call it going on an Insploration Expedition.
