I see scores of video recommendations on twitter, but this one got me to act. David Meerman Scott said,

I did. It was a powerful tweet that I heard above the noise.

Strong wording can get results.

1. Nothing quite like a direct Action Step! I follow instructions – most people do – so make sure you give them a direct one to follow. David is really good with words – yes?
