SpeakStrong TeleSeminar FAQ’s

What is a teleseminar?

A teleseminar is a seminar held over the phone. Instead of meeting at a location, attendees call in from wherever they are at predetermined times.

Do I have to be at my computer?

No. You can call from anywhere.

Are there handouts?

Yes. I will post your handouts online prior to the teleseminar for you to download in advance.

Can I ask questions?

Yes. If you are calling from a noisy environment, I will ask you to mute your phone by pressing 4*. In that case you would need to unmute yourself by pressing 4* again to ask a question. From my side, I leave the phone lines open to make participation easy.

Can I submit questions before the teleseminar?

Yes. I absolutely encourage you to let me know what you want to learn. Ask away!

What do I do if I get another call or the FedEx gal shows up?

Ideally you will give the teleseminar the same attention that you would give a seminar you attend in person. However, if you must deal with interruptions you can mute your phone by pressing 4* before you switch lines or deal with the disruption.

What if can’t attend at the announced times?

We will offer recordings of the events. I will announce their release in my weekly newsletter.

What if I want my entire department to attend?

Your entire department can attend for $190.

Can we arrange teleseminars for our staff alone?

Yes. I offer any of my previously delivered teleseminars to companies for the low cost of $190 regardless of how many attendees you have. I also offer custom teleseminars, but that costs more.

I missed a teleseminar that interests me. Will you be repeating it?

If I receive ten or more requests to repeat a particular teleseminar, I will repeat it.

I have another question that isn’t answered here. How do I ask it?
