Effective Communication Skill Blog

MerylSlideShareIt had taken years for my hairdresser to learn my hair. And then she left. So I found someone new. It took Launi a few minutes to learn my hair. She showed excellent powers of observation. That helped. I felt my confidence in her rise as she noted various idiosyncrasies of my hair. But what really gave me confidence was the fact that she listened to me. I'm not a pro. But after all these years, I've learned a few things about how my hair behaves. Launi paid attention and checked my points out for herself. I love what she did.

When it comes to hair, communication matters. Actually, when it comes to anything, listening carefully, seeing for yourself, and then adding your expertise to the mix is a great way to get results. It's good communication.
